PNTMC maintains a database of members' names, next of kin, addresses and phone numbers.
Names and phone numbers of new members are introduced in a current newsletter at time of joining. Leaders' names and phone numbers are circulated within and outside the club via the newsletter, events card and the web.
Members' names, contact details and emergency contact details are made available to the authorities in the event of a search enquiry.
